In 2019, over a heartfelt brunch with close friends, the vision for Brunch with Babes was born. I had spent years attending networking events that felt transactional, forced, and, frankly, exhausting —rooms where women smiled politely but guarded their success like a secret, where competition was the undercurrent, and where I left feeling less connected rather than
more empowered. I knew there had to be a better way—a way where women could show up fully, unapologetically, and be seen, heard, and supported in their wildest dreams.
So, I created it.
Brunch with Babes started as a small gathering—just women coming together over mimosas and mastermind conversations that sparked real transformation. We talked strategy, but we also talked about the
real stuff —the fears, the blocks, the moments of doubt that no one wanted to admit out loud. And what happened? Women walked away different. More clear, more confident, more connected to something bigger than themselves.
That’s when I knew this wasn’t just an idea—it was a movement.
Today, with chapters spanning multiple cities, Brunch with Babes has evolved into a high-level masterminding community where women don’t just network—they rise together. Our mission remains steadfast:

When Leslie and Shelby met in 2021 inside a high-level Mastermind, it wasn’t just another networking connection—it was the start of something game-changing.
Two visionary women with aligned backgrounds, a deep passion for connection over competition, and a fire to bring women together in a bigger, bolder way.
Then came the one conversation that changed everything. In February 2023, fueled by ambition (and maybe a few mimosas 😉), they made it official—joining as a Co-Founder that would take Brunch with Babes nationwide.
Their first major expansion?
Atlantic City, NJ—completely sold out!
Since then, Brunch with Babes has grown into a national movement where women don’t just network—they elevate, collaborate, and thrive together. Because when powerhouse women join forces, the entire game changes.
